Mom got a call from Mack's Inn this morning to tell her that they have 18 feet of snow right now with more expected before spring. Because of this, they are not sure if the cabins will be ready for us so they have upgraded our reservations to the Riverside Motel at no extra charge to us. This is a good thing.
The room reservations as they stand now are:
Room 70 George/Jeannettes/Ron
Room 63 Frank/DeeAnna
Room 73 Cathy/Ray/Tami
Room 64 Mom/Dad/Curt/Jenn (Will probably be too cold for the camper)

If this is not satisfactory, please let us know right away.

Not just Day 4 without a smoke, but Day 4 of not even WANTING one!! :-)

Any of you guys that are still hooked, I've got 3 words.... Easyway (by) Allen Carr! Read this book and when you finish it you will be a non-smoker. I promise! And those of you who have quit but still want a cigarette - read the book! You plain won't have the desire! Quitting is EASY. Withdrawal pangs are barely noticeable and easily overcome. It's even FUN to feel them fade. I don't get excited about a lot of things and I'm not usually a "pusher", but geez... its just too danged easy. It's not going to kill you to read a book, but it could save you. You can even continue smoking while you read the book, so there's nothing to lose.

Just couldn't resist
The Camel-Toe Report

I was transferred to a regular room last night. My cardiac enzymes finally turned and started declining. I still have a fair amt of pain when I breath from the Pericarditis (basically a swollen heart), but they've put me on some meds for that. This was a significant attack that pretty much came from no-where, I was sitting at my laptop checking emails when it hit. We don't know the exact extent of the damage yet. My cardio estimated I lost as much as 20% of my heart muscle.

I appreciate all the calls both to me and nettie, especially the support she's gotten from you all. This has been a scary time for her, and I can't tell you how much it's helped...especially Curt driving all the way from Denver.

We love you all very much.

George is still in the ICU. He's doing well, his enzymes are still elevated, but they are working to get them down. Once they get the enzymes down they will transfer him out of the ICU and into a room. He thinks they'll keep him untl Sunday or Monday if all goes well. He looks as well as can be expected.
They did some angioplasty and put in another stent yesterday.
Netties kind of frazzeled, so they both could use all the posative energy and prayer you can send.
more to come as we get more info.

Prayers for George and Netty. George had a heart attack this AM and is in the hospital Intensive Care Unit and is stable after receiving a "procedure". His bride is extremely worried so a call to her for uplifting is in order.
