Not just Day 4 without a smoke, but Day 4 of not even WANTING one!! :-)

Any of you guys that are still hooked, I've got 3 words.... Easyway (by) Allen Carr! Read this book and when you finish it you will be a non-smoker. I promise! And those of you who have quit but still want a cigarette - read the book! You plain won't have the desire! Quitting is EASY. Withdrawal pangs are barely noticeable and easily overcome. It's even FUN to feel them fade. I don't get excited about a lot of things and I'm not usually a "pusher", but geez... its just too danged easy. It's not going to kill you to read a book, but it could save you. You can even continue smoking while you read the book, so there's nothing to lose.
