Car wash thieves...

Sorry didn't get the transcripts done before I left on vacation. I should show someone else how to do it.

I got pre-approved for a mortgage :)

Regarding the triple murder case in Coeur d'Alene. I've just learned that an old friend was the person that discovered the bodies. He lives next door and was a member of our boy scout troop committee. It was shocking to see the video of the crime scene on the news as we often held committee meetings at his home and would drive by the victims house to get there.

I hope they find the missing kids alive and well.

I get to go to my first stress class on Monday. Yippee! After that I get to take an 8 week course for stress management that will incorporate yoga, tai chi, visualization, etc. It is an $800 class that I get to do for free. Yippee! I am really looking forward to it for new ideas. Apparently now that I am less stressed my body doesn't know how to react to 'normal' - it thinks that stressed to no end is normal. I may still have to go to neurology to rule out other stuff but this will help regardless. The good news is that the numbness is less often and less severe when it does happen so something is improving. Yay!

The best I could do was 4 in a row. Can you do better?
Try your luck at throwing the wad of paper!

So, is Curtis married now or what? and What is her name? Are there pictures?

Sorry I missed chat night I got the transcrips posted. Does anyone read those?

Got the newest blood results back - my calcium came up a little so that is good. I added a calcium supplement to my multi-vitamin in addition to my high calcium diet anyway. I see a Behavioral Medicine guy tomorrow. The numbness seems to happen most after I have been stressed out and then relax. Work is picking up so the numbness has reduced somewhat. Hopefully stress tecniques will help. I took today off to get ready for my yard sale this weekend. Fingers crossed that I sell a lot of stuff. (plus it is nice to have a day to myself.)
Congrats, Curtis!
Good luck, Tami!
Love to all!

Somebody finally wants to buy my house :D $540K, so not too far below asking. We'll probably end up when all is said and done at closer to $535 after inspections b/c we know there will probably be a problem with the chimney. $535 is what we figured we'd probably get in the first place. Only stumbler is that they want to close June 10 and school isn't out until June 24. So, we'll send the scarey "this offer is unacceptable" letter.

Time has sped up exponentially. I think I have whiplash.

I went to the Opera last night. AMAZING. If you've never been, its not like you think it is. They even provide subtitles so you know what's going on.

Ode to My Mother
(stolen from Gilda Radnor)

M is for the many things she gave me
O is for the other things she gave me
T is for the thousand things she gave me
H is for the hundred things she gave me
E is for everything she gave me
R is for the rest of the things she gave me

Happy Mother's Day, everyone :)

I'm reconsidering Pocatello. I think I'd rather be in Boise, so I'm looking online at jobs there. I was just sort of getting a little depressed about Pocatello because there is so little to do there.

Feeling gloomy this morning.

Long as I remember the rain been comin’ down.
Clouds of myst’ry pourin’ confusion on the ground.
Good men through the ages, tryin’ to find the sun.
And I wonder, still I wonder, Who’ll stop the rain.

Don't know if he has announced it to you all yet, but Curtis is coming for a visit in the middle of the month and is bringing his lady and kids with him. He will be getting married on the 14th at the beach here and it looks like I'll be officiating as his pastor.
