Got the newest blood results back - my calcium came up a little so that is good. I added a calcium supplement to my multi-vitamin in addition to my high calcium diet anyway. I see a Behavioral Medicine guy tomorrow. The numbness seems to happen most after I have been stressed out and then relax. Work is picking up so the numbness has reduced somewhat. Hopefully stress tecniques will help. I took today off to get ready for my yard sale this weekend. Fingers crossed that I sell a lot of stuff. (plus it is nice to have a day to myself.)
Congrats, Curtis!
Good luck, Tami!
Love to all!

Glad to hear things are getting a little better for you. Just remember to breathe...
I heard that aquariums can relieve stress...maybe you need some fishies!

and when considering fish tanks, remember, the bigger the tank the less time you will spend maintaining it.

Have you tried yoga or meditation? I try to work in a little meditation & deep breathing several times during the day & it helps quite a bit with my palpitations, numb & tinglies, and dizzies. (Meditation doesn't have to be 15 minutes or whatever. Mine is usually only a minute or so at a time ... if I'm lucky.)
