I just had an amazing realization.

It's December now, and on a 'cold' day, I am perfectly comfortable outside in a t-shirt and a light jacket.

Uh.....wtf?

On another note, my next project is a story set in Chesky Krumlov. I saw a travel show about it. Prettiest town in Europe, if you ask me. I still don't know what's going to happen in Chesky Krumlov, but probably something having to do with a countess. I like the idea of countesses.

I have no desire to work on re-writing Pushing Lilies, not yet anyway. I'll do it though, i swear.

Chesky Krumlov? Never heard of it, but I love the name! Will you have a gypsy witch in it, too? A town with a name like that needs a gypsy witch. Or at least someone everybody is sure is a gypsy witch, even if she isn't.

I can't wait to see what happens in Chesky Krumlov. Will the Countess be a tragic character?

Googled it ---- Interesting place.
Cesky Krumlov was built on a meandering bend in the River Vltava around the originally gothic castle from the 13th century. Despite the passage of time, the town together with chateau complex has retained its exemplary mediaeval character for more than five centuries.

The town Cesky Krumlov is dominated by two grate landmarks: the chateau complex and the gothic Church of St.Vitus. Cesky Krumlov chateau complex is one of the largest in Central Europe. Complex is composed of more than forty historical buildings, a cylindrical tower reconstructed in its preset form in the 16th century, unique Baroque theatre with original equipment and fittings. Under the Castle Complex lies the old town with its winding alleys and venerable Gothic and Renaissance houses, many galleries, little shops and inns.

Very pretty.

BTW - Alek, I'm reading a book right now I think you might enjoy -"The Eagle and the Raven"
Celts, Druids, women warriors (including Boudicca) and the Roman Empire. Epic.

I so want to read that one, too. And see the movie. It's my "wish list". :-)
