I went to the foot doctor today (finally). It's official. I have an arthritic big toe. Pretty bad one, too, apparently. He's trying me on glucosamine & some steroids for now, but he expects to have the surgery talk with me next month. The joint is all bone-on-bone, not much cartilege left, and I'm developing spurs on the joint. Yeehaw. But he's gonna do his best to keep me in high-heels (it's nice to find a doctor that understands the real importance of that).

Oh. And he reminds me of Ronnie. I like him.

In other news: Brian had steroid injections to treat his carpal tunnel on Thursday. So far, so good. And he's looking at at least one more platelet injection treatment in his elbow. And I'm singing at the Utah Arts Festival Saturday evening ... with a belly dance band. Lalalalalalalalalala!
