Thundersnow??

Yeah...along with 2-3 feet of new snow, they're predicting "Thundersnow" This storm is the same weather pattern that hit Denver in '82 '96 and 2006. The difference is this time it's in April instead of Dec-Jan so it'll all be gone by next week.

Ahhhh...Christmas of 82....I remember it well.....hitch-hiking through a blizzard to Rock Springs WY....little sister left in the broke down Mustang w/ex-wife ........building memories I think it was :) I did meet a REALLY nice couple, friends of Marvins that saved the day, not to mention my hide.

Next time through Wyoming, I stopped of to see those folks and to thank them for their help. Presented the guy with a really nice break-down fishing rod in a case. Nice folks.

Just checked out the web cam at I70 and Chambers. Doesn't look like much fun to me. Wind has died down here so the palm trees aren't swaying so much. Don't know when I've seen the sky so blue.
