Andrea surprised me with a mini Dachshund. I wanted one so bad. A's brother's neighbor is a breeder and I knew she had a litter of red dapples, but A made such a fuss about how annoying little dogs are etc. She was planning the whole thing since she found out the ladies' red dog was pregnant! OMfG He is soooo cute. He's a red dappled and his name is Mozart. Will post some pics tonight. He'll be the office mascot for a month or so because he's too young to crate all day. He's so well-behaved though. He sleeps almost all the time and so far wakes up just in time for my regular breaks. I take him outside and he plays for 5 minutes and then wants another nap. He thinks he's a great big dog and drags his much-larger-than-him toys around.

How Fun!!! I love little dogs cuz they do tire easier. I love the ones that want to play hard for short bursts and then take long naps. hmmmm sounds like me. haha
