It's getting there. The nurse's instructions said it usually takes 3-5 days for it
to really take affect. After 5 days...I have to call my doctor and let him know
how I'm feeling....painwise. If I don't get relief then I get the same procedure
15 days after the 1st one. Some people need 3 epidurals for pain control.
They can only give 3 epidurals in a year.

The pre-op room was full of patient's getting epidurals. It's what they do a lot of.
It usually takes 5 minutes....but, you spend 2 hours in the waiting room after you check in
and sign your life away. Pre-op about 30 minutes and recovery takes about an hour.

Our dogs are recovering....I have to give them baby aspirin for pain. The sutures are the dissolving kind
so, they won't have to go back. They also were microchipped. I didn't expect that.

Ray's having a "blast"....(yeah...right!!!) 3 sore bitches and Alana....our almost 4 year old granddaughter
to take care of tonight!! Poor Ray :(
Alana is "Ray-Ray's" little girl. All she wants to do is eat, check the mail and eat, check the mail...
She can reach the doorbell now. I had Ray disconnect it while the dogs are recuperating.
