Hi
Not much going on here but I thought it has been a while since I posted.
It was good to see George the other day. I miss my family and it was good to have a visitor.
Not playing out much, I have been fighting a nasty bout of tennis elbow and I don't even own a racket. But I am feeling much better since I got Cortisone shots in both elbows. That stuff is the magic sauce. I played 2 hours yesterday and feel great. now if I could break my writers block.
Talking about writing... I started a network for songwriters in Boise if anyone is interested in lurking http://boisesongwriters.ning.com/ Initially I got participation but it seems to have fizzled out. I still post there on ocasion to see if I can spark some conversation. Well I better get to work. Would be nice to hear from everybody :)

Stay on top of that tennis elbow. Brian's went from tendinitis to degenerative tendinosis from him putting it off & sucking it up & that's why he ended up needing the experimental procedure of injecting platelets into his elbow at an uninsured $800 a pop (he had to do it 3 times). I'm gonna guess yours is in your right elbow? How's your left wrist? He also ended up needing carpal tunnel surgery on his left wrist. It's from playing guitar. Dangerous activity, that.

Anyway, I hope the cortisone shots work for you, but please please please keep an eye on it. Don't let your get as bad as Brian let his get. Please.
