Finally! They discharged me from physical therapy today. It's still not where I want it to be - it's about where it was before the surgeries - but it's so much better than it was just a few months ago. The hope is that it will just continue to heal with time. The concern is still the keloid scar tissue (inside, not out - outside looks great) and that damned nerve entrapment.

Remember - you MUST continue what you were doing in PT. Keloid can be removed surgically. btw - those of African decent are more prone to this anomaly that Europeans. They had to remove a large keloid from my abdomen years ago - then they radiated it to keep it shrunk. Good luck.

Oh, yeah. I'm determined to back into to cute shoes (read: heels) and get back to walking & salsa & such, so continuing the exercises is definitely ON. The second surgery removed chitloads of keloid but mine likes to grow back. Loads of fun. Never had issue with it on other surgeries.
