Somebody going to post that family picture? Please?

Did you know ----

Smoking a cigarette is freebasing nicotine? One of the additives used in manufacturing cigarettes is Ammonia - which detaches the hydrogen atoms from the nicotine, allowing the nicotine to reach the brain more quickly. This is called freebasing. I've been a freebasing junkie and didn't even know it. I've switched to American Spirit brand, which has NO additives as Step 1 in my "let's try this one more time" attempt. I'm attending a 5 day seminar at the American Cancer Society. It's free to me, paid for by the tobacco settlement. I kind of like that irony.

Tami - that 5 day seminar by the ACS is how I stopped. It was alot like AA. We met once a week for 5 weeks. Wasn't easy but it worked for me. 20 years ago, it was called "Fresh Start" program. Good luck.
