Went to the doctor yesterday to discuss lab results. There is nothing wrong with me medically. Everything tested "normal" (including PAP and cholesterol. Yay me!) She figures my problems are stress related and suggested I take up some kind of meditation or something. I don't actually feel all that stressed out to be honest. Life is good right now. In fact, most of the time if I was any more calm I'd be dead. She gave me a lollipop for quitting smoking (16 days today on the patch).

Way to go Tami on the quitting smoking! I have an Uncle
that is dying right now from lung cancer. Pretty sad. He is in his late 60's. Too young to die. Keep up the good work and glad nothing is wrong with you.
