I'm so so jealous, Frank. I haven't seen above freezing for weeks. I tired of being cold.

Ron & Nettie, glad you guys are doing Atkins. If Ron is dying for potato chips get him a bag of Atkins Crunchers. They're not terrible and are super crunchy. I like BBQ the best. I'm down to 164 now. Last christmas I was 209!!
P.s. if you want some really good low-carb recipes, try lowcarbfriends.com They seem to have a low-carb version of everything! (even pizza. ohhhhh and cheesecake, dozens of varieties! yum)
