Do you think Frank's recent ails could be related to the diabetes? How's he doing with that anyway? I've heard a lot of diabetics are very successful with the Atkins diet. I'm not diabetic, but I find I certainly just feel better since I went on it. No energy swings (insulin swings) ... just steady all day. Anyway, it might be worth looking into. It's not all that far off from a conscientous diabetic diet anyway.
